We here at Star Granite Company acknowledge that an informed customer tends to be a satisfied customer. To this end, we try to encourage our customers to engage in a dialog about their granite needs so that our granite consultants can design and deliver the perfect granite product.
While we enjoy face-to-face discussions with customers, we realize that this may not always be feasible. Our tutorials are designed to offer a top-level discussion of our products and the different options available so our customers can start thinking about their memorial or yard accent in the comfort of their own home. While these tutorials do not take the place of our experienced granite consultants, they do offer a first look at our product options.
